Drug and Alcohol Abuse Treatment
I finally decided to enter drug and alcohol abuse treatment when I
realized that facing 25 years to life in corrections was the last thing I
wanted for my life. The drug and alcohol abuse treatment facility was a
suggestion from my trusted attorney. Instead of a desire to gain recovery,
my chief objective was to beat my case. In due time, I learned the
fundamentals of recovery in drug and alcohol abuse treatment. Gradually, I
didn’t have a desire to live the life I once lived. The drug and alcohol
abuse treatment program offered me the recovery tools necessary for
achieving sobriety. I now have over 25 years of alcohol and substance
abuse behind me and I desire something positive and different. At first, I
tried it on my own terms, but drug and alcohol abuse treatment taught me
something different.
I’d be lying if I said it was a smooth ride all the way at drug and
alcohol abuse treatment treatment. I clawed my way as I was sometimes
bitter, insubordinate and sarcastic during my period of recovery. After
nearly a decade away from court, I can honestly declare that I am a
productive citizen of the community. Better yet, I am currently the
therapy coordinator of the drug and alcohol abuse treatment program in
Doylestown , Pennsylvania. I share with a number of individuals how I made
a decision to turn my life 180 degrees. I am now free from chemical
dependency and alcohol abuse. Instead of a spouse, I was married to drugs
and alcohol. Thanks to drug and alcohol abuse treatment treatment, I have
achieved sobriety. Currently, I make choices not to fool around with
alcohol. I share with others how drug and alcohol abuse treatment was a
true blessing and the positive message of rehabilitation and recovery. I
stand with various prospective clients and recovering addicts in the
courts in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. A judge gave me a chance in 1998 and
drug and alcohol abuse treatment helped me to a road of contentment,
achievement and recovery. With conviction, I can say that recovery from
addiction is feasible.
My drug and alcohol abuse treatment program was phenomenal with an
erudite, hospitable staff that offered customized care. I was even
surprised to find out that the food and environment was top notch all the
way. The staff at the drug and alcohol abuse treatment facility benefited
and touched the lives of so many of us. The program helped to become a
better person with a desire to help recovering addicts of alcohol and
drugs find a niche to improve their lives. My job as a therapy coordinator
of drug and alcohol abuse treatment is not about the money or prestige,
but about touching the lives of other individuals willing to make a
difference.
I have a true desire to share information with men, women and children
about my success in drug and alcohol abuse treatment. I don’t want others
to endure what I had to go through before I reached my potential of an
improved life. To my misfortune in 1998, I was found facing a circuit
court judge in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Prior to drug and alcohol abuse
treatment, I was in the position to face 25 years to life. I had a number
of priors due to alcohol and drugs. Imagine being in trouble and out of it
since youth. Drug and alcohol abuse treatment was bound to be a solution
for me. Every one of my arrests started since I was approximately
14-years-old. Not only was I under alcohol influence before drug and
alcohol abuse treatment, but I would wake up in alleys and other strange
places far away from my idyllic surroundings in Bethlehem , Pennsylvania.
-
I had written a battle plan for after my stay in the drug
and alcohol abuse treatment program:
-
I begin my return to life from drug and alcohol abuse
treatment program with a clear mind and body.
-
I intend to maintain myself only in present time. I will
not be using illegal substances and daydreaming about my past.
-
I will no longer associate myself with breaking laws and
will adhere to good conduct, raising my ethics and maintaining my honor
as I learned in drug and alcohol abuse treatment program.
-
Drug and alcohol abuse treatment taught me not to suppress
people by controlling their advancement. Whenever I feel suppressed and
ill, I will address the problem by confronting it and change it trying
something different or disconnect from it entirely.
· I will examine all situations in my life and determine the condition
and apply corrective formula charting the change in direction. I will
apply this to all my dynamics and keep a daily list of what to do next
since drug and alcohol abuse treatment.
-
I will continue my progress on keeping and improving my
health and physical appearance since drug and alcohol abuse treatment.
-
I will treat people with friendliness, respect, kindness
and empathy.
-
I will conduct my business and relationships with fairness
and will seek a fair exchange as my minimum standard. I will give
exchange in abundance whenever it is pleasing and productive from drug
and alcohol abuse treatment.
-
I will set attainable goals, find the good in everything
and produce a product that is exchangeable.
-
I learned from drug and alcohol abuse treatment to
concentrate all efforts around economizing and eliminating waste of my
time and money.
Imagine feeling like life’s ultimate loser during a crisis of mid life and
being reduced to nobody. There was a time when I didn’t have any trouble
making friends at school, work, dating and during recreation. Then it
happened to me one day…a drug and alcohol abuse treatment became a serious
consideration when my wife of over twenty years no longer any part of me
due to the severe drinking. I was in a condition of self-denial and being
an abuser made me feel good.
